What happened: I am disabled and waited in my car half an hour for curbside pickup yesterday at the Arlington Texas location. Then I receive a phone call from the store stating that there curbside authorization is inoperative and making them aware of my disability insisted I go in the store. I called curbside back and they would not answer my call. I had to go into the store and ask why this happened, the customer service department said I was in the computer as banned from curbside pickup. I asked the manager why, and also why was I lied to by curbside pick up people. I didn't receive an answer to my question however I received a Summit hat, as if now I wish to provide your company with free advertising. I had double knee replacement and feel pain. I didn't bring my walker or wheelchair because I believed Summit would provide me with curbside delivery. The Americans with disabilities act provides me with considerations that Summit denied me and made false claims as to why I was denied my legal rights. I will be contacting a lawyer in regards to this matter for the pain I was forced to endure as to your companies policies. Sincerely William Oatley *** ***-****

What happened: I was sold a camshaft for a ** *** Big block because of health issues it took me awhile to put it in I put it in it failed because the lobes were not centered the casting is off this is according to my mechanic who has been a mechanic for over ** years has a shop with a dozen days. He said some of the lobes on the cam with line up with the lifter boards and some wooden so what happened is it ate the camshaft up it messed up pushrods trash some springs and even the timing cover I was sold that I was assured would fit over the ProForm gear Drive that I bought because the assistant or salesperson was the one that picked all of these items and I got them based on their recommendations. Now I've got thousands of dollars in damage and labor to a motor that I can't use and I need to move back from Texas to Nebraska so I can get healthier. They warrantied out the camshaft and lifters but I had to pay the difference which I shouldn't have to pay for anything I didn't do anything. I've ordered cams from you guys before and put them in never had a problem. Like I said my mechanic clearly stated it's a casting issue the lobes are not centered in the poor no matter what you do and if some of them line up and some of them don't that's a problem they should all line up when you slide the gammon. So what do I do now I'm disabled and I live on a fixed income how do I get my motor fixed why should I have to pay to fix it when it's based on a part that failed that was not machine properly. I'd like to see this paid for and resolve I shouldn't have to absorb this I live on *** a month I have thousands of dollars into the motor I don't have the money to do this and I don't have the health to work on it anymore. This is a mistake not on summit's part but on the people that made the camshaft for something and I bought it from it so it is their fault. Please call me ***-***-****. A **** *** big block Chevy ** over to a ***. My name is Junior Hayes or Vernon hayes.

What happened: I ordered a part did not receive it. So I re ordered the part. And it did not come. They put in refund request because they couldn't fill the order they sent a thousand dollar check to my bank when I called them because I hadn't received refund in the mail they said they sent a thousand dollar check to my bank and I told them well I canceled that bank account and I paid **,***.** not $****.**. they said for mr to have my bank send it back and they sent me a $***.** check to my home address. My bank returned. The check. But summit says they never received it. Called bank again and was told they already sent it and for me to call summit and have them issue a stop payment on the check and re issue me a check but then I call the number ending in **** and it doesn't even ring.* I want them to cancel the said check and reissue me my $****.***P.s. my husband David Kipp is the one this happened to. I am writting thus for him because it's hard for him to read and write **please helpI've been out the money and had to buy the product from a different companyBy issuing me back my money

What happened: I would like the Arlington store manager to call me about an experience I had a week ago. I do not know his name, but he was not there that day. I ordered parts plastic filler, spray paint, and epoxy. I waited nearly an hour to have them picked while others were getting theirs in *-** min that came behind me. I asked several times if there was an issue* but was just told have a seat your parts will be out soon. I finally went to the cashier and asked for a refund because I could not wait any longer...to which I was told that I could not get a refund untill I got my parts...I asked for a manager. I believe Amanda was the Assistants name I was given. the supervisor in the back finally went and got my order...which I noticed was wrong when I got home. Amanda never came...the cashier told me she had not showed up to discuss it yet... I left ** min later. Totally inexcusable. I want to talk directly to the manager or division manager.

What happened: My name is Tyler Smith my invoice number or customer number is ***-****-*. I ordered about $*,*** worth of parts from summit. On two different occasions I called in and asked to speak with customer service on March *rd Thursday at about *:** I spoke with a man and sales that's had his name was Mike I asked for an employee number and that is all he gave me I asked to speak with his boss he put me on hold for a half hour then got back on the line and told me he couldn't find anybody this man was very rude very very condescending he did not help I don't feel that I got the customer service from him that I deserved after spending that amount of money he answered no questions for me he was rude he was inconsiderate he was disrespectful I asked him several times to let me speak to his manager to put a different person on the phone he neglected to do so I've spent the last hour and a half trying to contact somebody and service customer service and I get nowhere the phone just rings and rings and rings this is the second time that I've gotten service like this through you guys I was going to order more parts I don't know I would like this might to call me and apologize to me my number is area code ***-***-**** I work hard for my money I don't deserve to be treated like that where I'm spending money I've been going through you guys for about all the last ** years buying parts and I don't know if I'm ever going to buy parts again from you because of how this man treated me I don't even know if his real name is Mike because he wouldn't give me his employee number he wouldn't give me anybody else to speak to on the phone you have the date and time at which time I spoke to him you have my information that person that orders my stuff is Deborah Thomas phone number ***-***-**** again I would like to see some results here before I will entertain the idea of ordering anything else I feel that I should be given a discount of some sort for the disrespect that I got and this is the second time that that has happened in a week the ladies that you have working for you are amazing they're courteous they speak clear they're kind I've dealt with them three different times in the last week the man that you have working there are arrogant or disrespectful I don't know if it's all of them but I know the two that I dealt with we're not very nice people thank you have a nice day

What happened: I was trying to do something, and ran into a problem.
