"Honestly, the shipping was impressive"
I’ll admit, I wasn’t expecting much when I ordered the parts, but they actually showed up about two days early. Kind of hard to complain about that. Shipping was fast, and everything arrived when I needed it, so yeah, happy overall.

"Pretty good prices overall"
I checked a few different places before buying, and the prices here were definitely better than most of what I found. I wasn’t expecting much, because sometimes the cheaper option ends up being a hassle, kind of like when you pick the shortest grocery store line and it somehow takes forever. But in this case, the pricing was the main thing that stood out to me in a good way

I ordered the wrong part, which was totally on me, but returning it was actually painless. "Quick Support, Still Hoping They Make It Right"
I called Summit Racing with a question about my order and thought I’d be stuck on hold forever. Surprisingly, I only waited maybe 2 or 3 minutes, which wasn’t bad at all. The guy who picked up was easy to talk to and got things sorted quickly. Overall, it was a good support experience, but given the hassle with the order, I’m still hoping they offer some kind of compensation or credit for the inconvenience.

I had a part sitting on backorder, and to be honest, I was kind of expecting the usual situation where you place the order and then just sit around wondering what’s going on. But Summit actually kept me updated, which made the whole thing way less frustrating. They let me know what the new ship date was, and it was clear enough that I didn’t have to call or dig around trying to figure it out myself. The part ended up showing up right when they said it would, so overall it was a easy experience. Nothing flashy, just good communication and no hassle, which is really all I was hoping for

"Pretty solid ordering experience"
I ordered a few parts from Summit Racing, i was kind of expecting at least one thing to turn into a backorder because that always seems to happen to me when I’m in a rush or didn’t plan ahead. But the stock status was actually accurate, which I really appreciated. Everything showed as available and shipped pretty much when it said it would. One item was a little slow to update with tracking, but I’m also the type who checks shipping way too often, so maybe that’s partly on me. It still showed up fine in the end. Not a perfect experience, but definitely better than sites that say something is in stock and then tell you it’s backordered after you’ve already paid.
